Fudge Talk & Tasting at Veronica Farm

Discover the story behind one of Bryher’s best-loved island treats with a visit to family-run Veronica Farm Fudge.

Fudge has been made at Veronica Farm for more than three decades, beginning in the farmhouse kitchen on the family Aga. Today, there’s a purpose-built fudge kitchen at the farm, but the traditional approach remains: fudge is freshly handmade in small batches, using quality ingredients including Scillonian milk and clotted cream.

Join the team for an informal afternoon talk exploring how the business began, how the fudge is made, and the importance of using ingredients from here on the islands. You’ll hear a little about life behind this small Bryher business and how its flavours have developed over the years.

And, of course, no fudge talk would be complete without tasting the finished product – there may well be the odd free sample to try along the way!
