Here in the Isles of Scilly’s only 3AA Rosette restaurant, we take pride in our daily changing menus, showcasing the season’s best of land and sea.
We place a particular emphasis on supporting our local producers, with the likes of Bryher crab and lobster, ingredients grown on the neighbouring farm, and produce from the small dairy on the nearby island of St Agnes all regular staples.
The intimate Czar restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy your meal. Named after one of our historic island pilot gigs, it offers stunning views of Gweal Hill and the Atlantic Ocean, especially as the sun sets.
Our menu changes daily to make the most of seasonal produce, but you’ll find a sample menu below.
Please note that between 9th July and 2nd September, we offer a more flexible menu that combines a selection of dishes from our 3AA Rosette menu with favourites from our bar menu.
Recently, octopi featured in the daily changing menu after the Pender family fished a glut. Head chef Richard adapts to whatever nature provides.
