Rough Island Band return to the islands this August for a special evening at Bryher Church, celebrating the launch of their latest album, Found an Island.
Piers, Jim, Joe and John first played together on St Agnes sixteen years ago, and Scilly’s landscape, people and sense of place have remained at the heart of their music ever since.
Their new album explores that idea of finding somewhere that feels like your own – a place of landscape, friendship, belonging and sanctuary. There could hardly be a more fitting setting to hear it than our little island church.
Expect an intimate evening of songs and stories shaped by a long connection with Scilly.
